* Kelenjar tiroid menghasilkan hormon tiroksin

3. Paratiroid

* Paratiroid menempel pada kelenjar tiroid.
* Kelenjar ini menghasilkan parathormon.
* Parathormon berfungsi mengatur kandungan fosfor dan kalsium dalam darah.

4. Kelenjar Adrenalin (anak ginjal)

* Kelenjar ini berbentuk bola, menempel pada bagian atas ginjal.
* Pada setiap ginjal terdapat satu kelenjar suprarenal dan dibagi atas dua bagian, yaitu bagian luar (korteks) dan bagian tengah (medula).
* Menghasilkan hormon Adrenalin.

5. Pankreas

* Menghasilkan hormon insulin.
* Hormon insulin berfungsi mengatur konsentrasi glukosa dalam darah.
* Kelebihan glukosa akan dibawa ke sel hati dan selanjutnya akan dirombak menjadi glikogen untuk disimpan.
* Kekurangan hormon ini akan menyebabkan penyakit diabetes.

6. Ovarium
Ovarium menghasilkan hormon :

Rasullah s. a. w. dengan segera

Hadis-Hadis Rasullullah
s. a.. w. bersabda bermaksud:

"Sesiapa pulang ke rumahnya serta membaca ayat Kursi, Allah
hilangkan segala kefakiran di depan matanya."

Sabda baginda lagi;

"Umatku yang membaca ayat Kursi 12 kali pada pagi Jumaat,
kemudian berwuduk dan sembahyang sunat dua rakaat, Allah memeliharanya
daripada kejahatan syaitan dan kejahatan pembesar."

Orang yang selalu membaca ayat Kursi dicintai dan dipelihara
Allah sebagaimana DIA memelihara Nabi Muhammad.
eloklah anda membaca ayat Kursi 100 kali, insya-Allah mudah-mudahan anda
sekeluarga terhindar daripada gangguan lahir dan batin. Barang siapa
membaca ayat Al-Kursi apabila berbaring di tempat tidurnya, Allah
mewakilkan 2 orang Malaikat memeliharanya hingga subuh.

Barang siapa
membaca ayat Al-Kursi diakhir tiap-tiap sembahyang Fardhu, Allah
menganugerahkan dia hati-hati orang yang bersyukur perbuatan2 orang yang
benar, pahala nabi2 juga Allah melimpahkan padanya rahmat. Barang siapa
membaca ayat Al-Kursi sebelum keluar rumahnya, maka Allah mengutuskan
70,000 Malaikat kepadanya, mereka semua memohon keampunan dan mendoakan
baginya.
berkenan memberi pertolongan kepadanya Dari Abdullah bin 'Amr r. a. ,
Rasullullah s. a. w. bersabda,

" SAMPAIKANLAH PESANKU BIARPUN SATU AYAT...."

Allahu Akbar !

limpahan
kurniaNya kepada saya sungguh diluar pemikiran saya...

History Of Windos Xp

Windows 2000, released in Professional, Server, Advanced Server, and Datacenter Server flavors, began its development in late 1996 with a projected release date sometime in 1997. This, however, was a long shot because there were so many features that needed to be added, removed, or fixed to Windows NT, such as improved directory services, plug-and-play support, and FAT32 support, just to name a few.

The first Windows NT 5.0 beta was released in 1997. Many new features were displayed, and Microsoft's goal at the time was to make NT 5 the ideal OS, a must-have upgrade to any previous version of Windows. There was just one issue...problems arose when trying to upgrade 9x to NT 5, as they had dreaded. Trying ever-so-hard to work all the features they'd like into the OS, the release date kept getting pushed farther and farther back. They were working on errorless networking, Windows Installer, NTFS 5.0, the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), file encryption, FAT32 support, and even more. It seemed like Microsoft was doing more than they could possibly handle.

Trying to make a late 1998 release date, Microsoft said that they would possibly cut some features from the OS. Features such as IntelliMirror and Active Directory were the features in question, but found their way into NT 5 after all. At this time, it was also confirmed that the future of Windows would lie in the hands of Windows NT. NT 5 was hoping to be the merger of the home and business operating systems around the NT kernel.

Windows NT 5 was also now optimized for laptops with new hibernation support, hot docking, and hot-swapping technologies. These, as well as IntelliMirror, would be featured in Beta 2, which was supposed to appear in June of 1998.

Along the way, it was decided that Internet Explorer 5.0 would be integrated into Windows NT 5, now pending a release date in early 1999. NT was now to have a seamless integration of DirectX and the Internet and advanced storage features, among other features that need not be mentioned. Also, in May of 1998, the Active Directory was finally being completed.

Promises were still being made that Beta 2 would appear in June, but alas, that did not happen. It was decided that NT 5 Beta 2 would not be released with nearly as many features as the Windows development team would have liked, but this just made way for a Beta 3 release to follow it up, hopefully to fill in the holes left by Beta 2.

Finally in August of 1998, Beta 2 was released. The features showcased in this build were the Personalized Start Menu, better hardware support, and a definite end to what became known as "DLL Hell". Also at around this time, Microsoft came to the realization that Windows NT 5 would be a strictly business-oriented operating system. Trying to integrate some of the features from Windows 98, for example, WebTV for Windows, among others, was becoming more of a pain and consequentally, more of a delay.

In September of 1998, the release date was pushed back to late 1999, if not early 2000, and in October, the name "Windows 2000" was chosen for the OS.

In early 1999, it was decided that Windows 2000 would receive no more new features, and therefore, a release date of October 6th was in order. Beta 3 was due to be released in mid-April, and it was supposed to be a fairly stable operating system, also determined to be the best laptop OS on the market. Beta 3 was released on April 30th, and was, in fact, a quite solid operating system. Release candidates were right around the corner.

Three release candidates later, and on December 14, 1999, Windows 2000 build 2195 was designated as the last build of Windows 2000. The next day, it "went gold". Finally in mid-February 2000, Windows 2000 shipped.

Even during the Windows 2000 development, Windows XP was being planned. XP is an OS that is taken one of two ways: a Windows 2000 clone filled with eye candy, or the greatest incarnation of Windows ever created. I wouldn't necessarily agree entirely with the latter, but Windows XP is quite a good OS bringing home and business users alike to the NT kernel.

Plans for Windows XP, then codename Neptune (for the home release) and codename Odyssey (for the business release), started in early 1999. It was decided that this version of Windows would be the one that would end the days of the Win9x kernel. The NT kernel was now here to stay. After one development release of Neptune, both Neptune and Odyssey were scrapped. Not much came out of this other than "feature" integration between Windows 2000 and Windows ME.

Early in 2000, Windows codename Whistler was born, which would eventually become Windows XP. In the first couple of builds, not much had really changed from Windows 2000. In fact, the About screens still said "Windows 2000". Finally, in build 2250, visual enhancements were being made. The rather cool watercolor theme (which I wish they didn't scrap) was introduced as was the new Start panel. Development was really on its way. Aside from visual enhancements, actual features were being developed. In build 2257, Microsoft introduced the Personal Firewall, which is a quite handy tool in the final release of XP. A few builds later, not much had really changed. The OS was made a little more useable, but that was about it.

After a somewhat long wait, on October 31, 2000, Beta 1 was released to testers. It was also learned (probably to not much of a surprise) that Microsoft would be integrating media player and instant messaging technologies into the OS. Other than that, there is not really much to say about Beta 1. However, early in January of 2001, Microsoft released Whistler build 2410, the build that introduced Windows Product Activation. This build also introduced the integration of Windows Media Player and Windows Messenger. New, fancier icon sets were being developed, and the OS was slowly transforming into the Windows XP that we know today. Grouping was available in Windows Explorer, fast user switching came to be, and Rover showed up as your "handy" search assistant. What more could you possibly ask for?

Not too long after, build 2416 was introduced. The Help and Support center was fancied up a bit and looked less like it did in Windows ME. Windows Media Player 8 was being tweaked, and the new icons were beginning to show up everywhere. Aside from that, there is nothing much to say about this build. Build 2419 was rapidly released after that, and it had the completed XP setup procedure as well as the Bliss wallpaper.

In February of 2001, Beta 2 was release which introduced the new Luna interface. Shortly after the release, the name "Windows XP" was decided on. Many builds were released, improving on the UI and under-the-hood features. XP was coming together and was nearly complete. A couple release candidates later, XP was completed, and on August 24, 2001, Windows XP, both home and professional flavors, were released to manufacturing, and on October 25, 2001 in New York City, the operating system was launched.

History Of Mozila Firefox

The Firefox project began as an experimental branch of the Mozilla project by Dave Hyatt, Joe Hewitt and Blake Ross. They believed the commercial requirements of Netscape's sponsorship and developer-driven feature creep compromised the utility of the Mozilla browser.[18] To combat what they saw as the Mozilla Suite's software bloat, they created a stand-alone browser, with which they intended to replace the Mozilla Suite. On April 3, 2003, the Mozilla Organization announced that they planned to change their focus from the Mozilla Suite to Firefox and Thunderbird.[19]

The Firefox project has undergone several name changes. Originally titled Phoenix, it was renamed because of trademark issues with Phoenix Technologies. The replacement name, Firebird, provoked an intense response from the Firebird free database software project.[20][21][22] In response, the Mozilla Foundation stated that the browser should always bear the name Mozilla Firebird to avoid confusion with the database software. Continuing pressure from the database server's development community forced another change; on February 9, 2004, Mozilla Firebird became Mozilla Firefox,[23] often referred to as simply Firefox. Mozilla prefers that Firefox be abbreviated as Fx or fx, though it is often abbreviated as FF.[24] The Firefox project went through many versions before 1.0 was released on November 9, 2004. After a series of stability and security fixes, the Mozilla Foundation released its first major update, Firefox version 1.5, on November 29, 2005. Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.12 is the final version officially supported under Windows 95.

On October 24, 2006, Mozilla released Firefox 2. This version includes updates to the tabbed browsing environment; the extensions manager; the GUI (Graphical User Interface); and the find, search and software update engines; a new session restore feature; inline spell checking; and an anti-phishing feature which was implemented by Google as an extension,[25][26] and later merged into the program itself.[27] In December 2007, Firefox Live Chat was launched. It allows users to ask volunteers questions through a system powered by Jive Software, with guaranteed hours of operation and the possibility of help after hours. Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.20 is the final version officially supported under Windows NT 4.0, Windows 98, and Windows ME.[28]
[edit] Version 3.0
Main article: Mozilla Firefox 3

Mozilla Firefox 3 was released on June 17, 2008,[29] by the Mozilla Corporation. Firefox 3 uses version 1.9 of the Mozilla Gecko layout engine for displaying web pages. This version fixes many bugs, improves standard compliance, and implements new web APIs.[30] Other new features include a redesigned download manager, a new "Places" system for storing bookmarks and history, and separate themes for different operating systems. The latest version under 3.0 is Firefox 3.0.19.

Development stretches back to the first Firefox 3 beta (under the codename 'Gran Paradiso'[31]) which had been released several months earlier on 19 November 2007,[32] and was followed by several more beta releases in spring 2008 culminating in the June release.[33] Firefox 3 had more than 8 million unique downloads the day it was released, setting a Guinness World Record.[34]
[edit] Version 3.5
Main article: Mozilla Firefox 3.5

Version 3.5, codenamed Shiretoko,[35] adds a variety of new features to Firefox. Initially numbered Firefox 3.1, Mozilla developers decided to change the numbering of the release to 3.5, in order to reflect a significantly greater scope of changes than originally planned.[36] The final release was on June 30, 2009. The changes included much faster performance thanks to an upgrade to SpiderMonkey JavaScript engine called TraceMonkey and rendering improvements,[37] and support for the

Facebook Vs Twitter

Twitter or Facebook? Or Both? In this post Steve Thornton (follow him at @stevethornton) explores the decision.

The phenomenon of social networking is still in its infancy and it remains to be seen exactly which network might become the 800-pound gorilla in the space. It is reminiscent of the dotcom 90s, when I worked in the search industry; dozens of venture-backed search firms battled for dominance and search appeared to become a commodity, with limited monetization potential, or so we all thought at the time.

There are now so many social networks vying for users that even the most elite “Digerati” have trouble keeping up with the ever-shifting landscape. And most are still struggling to find effective monetization strategies, casting doubt on their long term survival and pointing to massive consolidation at some point.

The Evolution of Social Networking Compared to Search

In the now-infamous dotcom era, Yahoo, Lycos, Excite and others evolved into portals in a desperate attempt to find ways to make money, since nobody had really found effective ways to monetize search. That was, until companies like Goto.com (which became Overture and was eventually bought by Yahoo) and Google invented the concept of paid search and contextual, pay-to-click advertising models. The rest is history and we all knew who won the war.

So it seems today that applications like Twitter and Facebook, while attracting new users at astounding rates have not fully defined their business models and the 800-pound gorilla has yet to emerge. It is still early in the game and, as with search in the mid 90s, the eventual winners in the social networking space may not even yet exist, but I would argue that Twitter and Facebook are emerging as potential contenders to dominate.

The differences between the two networks are substantial and in some ways a direct comparison between the two is actually difficult to make. Twitter is simple and feels like Google did in 1998, while Facebook offers a portal-like interface somewhat reminiscent of Yahoo.
Key Elements of Facebook and Twitter

Facebook appeals to people looking to reconnect with old friends and family members or find new friends online; the mashup of features like email, instant messaging, image and video sharing, etc. feels familiar, while Twitter is a bit harder to get your arms around at first.

Most people can very quickly grasp how to use Facebook to connect to friends and family, using it to share thoughts, images, etc. Like MySpace but more geared to adults than teens, Facebook is a social networking Portal; beckoning you not to leave but rather to stick around and communicate within the network.

Twitter on the other hand, encourages you grab ideals in byte-size chunks and use your updates as jumping off points to other places or just let others know what you’re up to at any given moment.
Why People Love Facebook

Facebook appeals to social animals and can be very addicting to people who have an insatiable appetite to stay connected with friends and make new acquaintances. In fact, some people report they rarely use email or IM tools anymore in their online social communications anymore, relying almost entirely on Facebook for email, chat, image and video sharing.

Facebook addicts prefer the social portal model versus having to log into AIM, Yahoo Messenger, Gmail, Hotmail, Flickr, YouTube, MySpace, etc. Instead, Facebook gives them a single alternative to all these applications, with one login and interface to manage their online social interaction needs. This largely explains the explosive growth Facebook continues to experience and why the company reportedly invested $200 million in data center upgrades last year to keep up with demand!
Why People Love Twitter

The usefulness of Twitter is not readily as obvious to some people as Facebook; although it may be more addictive once you get the hang of Tweeting; you get more immediate responses and it seems to live somewhere between the worlds of email, instant messaging and blogging. Twitter encourages constant “linking out” to anywhere and, in that respect, is more analogous to a pure search engine; another way to find people and content all over the Net.

Twitter has quickly built brand awareness and a loyal following, especially among the technically adept; bloggers, online marketers, evangelists, basically anyone with something to promote seem to find Twitter extremely valuable.

When asked why they love Twitter, users say like “I can ask a question and get an instantaneous response”. They crave the ability to “tap into the collective consciousness” of others on the network, bouncing ideas off others with whom they would otherwise have no means of connecting. Twitter addicts claim it’s like the old fashioned water cooler, where people can gather to shoot the breeze on whatever topic is on their minds. Twitter is like a communications stream you dive into for an invigorating swim.
Different Communication Styles for Different Social Settings

Let’s say you go to a wedding or other social gathering where lots of people know each other. The style and tone of communication there will be more like using Facebook; you chat with old friends and acquaintances, mixing and mingling in an intimate manner. In this setting, people tend to feel more relaxed and “in their element”. Conversations are familiar and center on shared experiences and connections.

Now, when you go to a large party or social event where you don’t know most of the people in attendance, you will use a very different style of communication, more like Twitter; you want to meet people and somehow make yourself known, stand out from the crowd, make an impression, self promote and make new connections. Twitter is like getting the podium and not everyone feels comfortable or knows how to stand comfortably in the spotlight.

In fact, almost all of us, when first approaching Twitter, tend to use it to post useless updates like “Going to lunch”, thinking of it as a another tool to communicate with friends, when in fact, it is more like stepping on to a stage, where you are communicating with an audience and quickly find that you need to find a voice and say something useful and interesting or quickly lose the attention of your audience. People refer to Twitter as a mini or micro blogging platform.
So Which Social Network is the Best?

While zealots will immediately point to either Twitter or Facebook as being superior, the truth is that each has its advantages and disadvantages and will tend to appeal more to different types of people and for different reasons. Each can have great or little value to anyone; it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish in a given situation. Consider some of the pros and cons of each network:
Twitter Pros

* Easy to navigate and update, link to and promote anything
* Reach far beyond your inner circle of friends
* One feed pools all users; anyone can follow anyone else unless blocked
* Pure communication tool, rapid responsiveness
* You don’t have to be logged in to get updates; you can just use an RSS reader
* Very interactive, extensible messaging platform with open APIs
* Many other applications being developed (Twitterific, Summize, Twhirl, etc.)
* Potential SMS text messaging revenue from wireless networks (although Twitter states they are not currently getting any cut)
* Potential future advertising and/or enterprise subscription-based revenue streams
* With its “thin” overhead, Twitter is probably more scalable than Facebook, giving it a cost advantage

Twitter Cons

* Limited functionality; find people, send brief messages, direct replies
* Limited to 140 characters per update
* Not all people find it immediately useful
* Over-emphasis on follower counts
* Easily abused for spam and increasing the noise level
* Relatively smaller installed user base
* As yet no readily apparent monetization strategy

Facebook Pros

* Application mashup; find people, make connections, email, instant messaging, image/video sharing, etc.
* Most people can quickly grasp the value of connecting with friends, family and established contacts; some people report they use Facebook instead of email and IM
* More emphasis on deep connections with others vs. who has the most connections
* “True Friends” feature increases your transparency to selected connections; almost like having private and public profiles
* Huge, rapidly growing installed user base
* Inherit stickiness, third party applications, “gift giving” and personal data collection make Facebook a powerful advertising platform

Facebook Cons

* More difficult to navigate and update
* Requires investment of time to realize sustained benefit
* Opt in model requires a user to allow others to connect
* Less immediate responses; unless you stay logged on continually
* Overhead of mashup and “thick” applications could limit scalability, bloat cost structure

The Future of Social Networking

In the end, both Twitter and Facebook are simply communication tools; both will continue to evolve and morph as users find new ways to extract value and either network may or may become a long term winner in the rapidly evolving social networking space. Ultimately, the fact remains to be seen whether either application has a profitable, scalable and sustainable business model or whether the exit strategy is simply to be acquired.

As we learned in the search space, consolidation will eventually prevail. Unless they can find a way to turn all those eyeballs into profits, social networks will lose relevance. It does seem obvious that the venture capitalists are betting they will not only continue to enjoy tremendous growth but will also successfully monetize all that traffic.

But, will either Twitter or Facebook become the next Google or will they fade into the rear view mirror of technological and social evolution? What do you think?
